Awesome Universe Shoppe accepts Visa
and Master Card through a secure gateway for easy and safe online
shopping. Your privacy is very important to us. Your information will never be given or sold to another party.
Orders may also be placed by phone using credit card,
money order, or check. Please be aware that if paying by money order,
items will not be shipped until payment is received. In the case
of personal checks, items will not be shipped until the check has
cleared which can take up to a couple of weeks.

All prices are listed in US Dollars. All orders shipped to Colorado are
subject to sales tax.

Return
Policy
All returns must have prior authorization by Awesome Universe. Please contact us by phone or email prior to returning any items.
Products may be returned or exchanged
for any reason within 10 days of receipt. Products must be in their
original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. For Health and Safety reasons, products
including oils, hydrosols, salts, shea butter, and any other products that are consumed may NOT be returned. (AIRS Perfume Oil and AromaLand essential and carrier oils may be returned if their safety seals are still intact and their package unopened.) Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, however, there is no restocking fee.
While we take great care in packaging
your order, once it's shipped, it's out of our hands. If any of
your items arrive damaged, please notify us within 5 days and we will arrange to have the item replaced for in stock items.
Limited availability and one of a kind items will be refunded minus
the initial shipping cost. Awesome Universe will pay shipping charges for replacement of items that arrive damaged. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
If upon receipt Awesome Universe notes that
the returned product does not meet the above return criteria,
the product will not be refunded. Customers may choose to have the
product returned to them at their cost.

Shipping
All orders received Monday - Friday (Friday by 2pm MST) will be processed and shipped within
1-2 days. Orders received Friday after 2pm MST through Sunday will be processed and shipped within 2-4 days. Items will be shipped by the US Postal
Service via the following (travel time listed below should be added to processing time):

Items are typically received within one week of placing the order for US destinations and two weeks internationally.
**If you absolutely need same day shipping, please contact us either by phone or email and we may be able to arrange this. Additional charges may apply.
**Important Notice About International Shipping
Shipping charges given at checkout are estimates only. Due to the different shipping regulations regarding package size for each country, the actual cost may be higher. This occurs RARELY and is due to items needing to be in larger boxes than allowed (or allowed at a higher rate) and therefore being shipped in multiple smaller packages when possible. Customers will be notified for prior approval if this occurs.
All shipping charges cover the cost of shipping via the US Postal Service. Additional duty charges may be levied by the receiving country. We have no control over these charges as they are levied by another government and must be paid by the recipient. It is your responsibility to find out what additional charges you may be responsible for PRIOR to making your order. Refunds will not be given for reasons having to do with international duties.
