Universal Energy Vibrations for the Month of November 2004         

Welcome to a warm and comfortable little corner of the world. Get yourself something to drink, sit down, kick back, and let’s visit for awhile . . .

In October, (please refer to the introduction) we talked about how to figure the Universal Energy number for a given year and month. As well, we talked about how to figure your own personal energy vibration for each year and month. Included in this section is a quick reference guide to assist you in a general assessment of the energies at work or play.

This November ushers in the universal 8 energy vibration. This energy tells us it’s time to get down to business!

This month will invite you to start your own business or expand your existing business. The 8 universal energy is all about business, growth, expansion, taking action, achieving goals and material success. So, whether it is your business, someone else’s business, or monkey business – there’s just a whole lotta business going on this month! And, there is no finer time to ‘catch the wave’ and ride it; work with this energy to build, achieve, and grow that which you’ve been desiring for so long – the time is ripe and is offering you a helping hand. You will cross paths with those who can help you.

With this 8 energy operating under the influence of a 6 universal year energy, chances are business involvements will be home-based and/or service-oriented, for the energy of 6 is that of domestic matters, love, family, community and service.

Taking care of business also applies to our personal lives, handling the day-to-day details (that possibly we’ve been procrastinating about?) like making that phone call to get your wireless network set up, paying your taxes, returning a book to the library, etc. It is a time to take charge of your life and manage the details.

The cosmic vibration of 8 energy is all about directing, managing, supervising – taking charge of that which needs your attention or action to feed your soul and realize your dreams. Lead. Be active. Go for it!

What flows with that 8 vibration? We know it is always easier to go with the flow rather than against it. So with 8, strike up the band – we’re playing money, achievement, success, power, organization, efficiency, and competent action! The 8 energy vibration is the number of leaders, power and success. Our challenge with the 8 vibration from a spiritual standpoint is to learn to live with power responsibly . . . and not to sow more karmic debt. Yes, in the number 8, you truly reap what you sow.

The corresponding letter to the number 8 is H, which appears as a ladder to ascend to the higher path or descend to lower energies. The letter H / number 8 are representative of “As Above, So Below”. The horizontal line in the letter H separates the spiritual realm from the material plane; interestingly, if removed we essentially have the number/symbol 11. (Hang in there with me…)

Okay, I am one for going off the beaten track – and that’s where I enjoy myself most and prefer to be. In traditional numerology, the above information identifies the energies of November, 2004. But, I believe there are many other influential energies occurring at any given moment . . . all simultaneously.

November is the 11th month of the year, and the number 11 is a “Master Number” in numerology, which carries the meaning of “Spiritual Messenger”. To quote Kay Lagerquist, The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Numerology, “In the ideal, the master number 11/2 is on a journey to find its own truth (illumination), using spiritual inspirations as a guiding light, and then bringing these illuminations to others to help raise spiritual awareness on the planet.” The number 11 is The Illuminator. Shall we add a dash of that to the mix of the 8 and 6 energies already discussed and see where it take us?

Further, the number 11 is comprised of two 1’s. In numerology we continue to add numbers together until we have a single digit. The exception is Master Numbers and Karmic Numbers. And, 11 is a Master Number, however, this vibration is so intense that it is difficult to sustain and so respite is taken in the reduced, or lower vibration of the number 2 energy (1+1=2). That is why we write the Master Number as 11/2. The dichotomy of this is that the number 1 is a masculine, independent leader – and in the number 11 we have two 1’s. On the other hand, the number 2 is feminine, passive and a follower. And so, we have duality. Is there a challenge or lesson within the Master number 11/2 that asks us to learn the value of balance? Let’s mull that over as we also remember “as above, so below”, and
“As ye reap, so shall ye sow.” Is this not in perfect alignment with what the universal energy 8 is asking of us in our handling of power? As well, to know when to Lead and when to Follow. (Did I just hear someone singing a song??)

Madeline Gerwick-Brodeur in her book, The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Astrology, writes this about the 11th house:

“The House of friends, hopes & wishes and is concerned with long term dreams and goals as well as with people who share your interests and objectives. It’s where you’ll find your sense of direction and purpose, your plans and goals, your hopes and dreams – and the people who can help get you there.

… The 11th House is also the House of idealism and vision because it’s where your ideas and intellectual growth for collective good reside…”

This beautifully compliments the same realities found in the study of the energy vibrations of letters and numbers. It’s funny how the Universe works – every avenue to truth and reality is supported by another. Yes, it is an AWESOME UNIVERSE!!

I wish each and every one of you the very best experience with the energies in November. Seize the Day or Month as it is in this case. Go For the Gold. Take that first step, and then the next; taking action creates energy momentum that make the next steps easier. What you need will seem to just appear when the time is right. Trust. Believe. Do it.
