Universal Energy Vibrations for the Month of December 2004
Close one door so that another may open is the message of this December. The universal energy vibration for the month (9) speaks of completion, endings, and of letting go of that which we no longer need. So as December draws the 2004 year to a close, it is also asking for a closure on its own accord. We may call that synchronicity, double whammy, or just the perfect time to let go. This is a good time for us all to remember that it is always easier to go with the natural universal flow than against it.

This reminds me of a practice I once participated in with a group of e-friends. We released whatever was bothering us into a magical, mystical circle where it was disposed of or healed – it served as our own universal cyberspace dump and detox center. From the act of dumping and/or releasing, the next natural occurrence was healing and moving forward with one’s life.

As referenced in the first paragraph, December’s energy is 9. Spend a moment and really SEE the symbology behind the number 9. The circle at the top is the head and the line is the body. Note that the head is looking to the left, back, or to the past; as well, the body is curved towards the past. It is refusing to look to the future until it takes the necessary time to embrace and review the past to take inventory of one’s deeds, decisions and life.

The letter that corresponds to the number 9 is ‘I’ or the self. This is where it gets personal, for it is the purpose and goal of 9 to ask and encourage us to look back and take stock of our life – it shows us what is to be done. The work, however, is ours, to be done by ‘I’.

The 9/I energy knows that it is not to proceed until it has taken stock and learned from the experiences that have led to where it now finds itself. Only then can it ‘successfully’ proceed to 10 (which is a new beginning [on a higher level as evidenced by the 0 following the 1]) unencumbered by the past.

Within, we know what needs to be released from our lives; it is individually unique to each of us.

Just as we are a composite of a multitude of vibrations, so are numbers and letters. The study of universal energy vibrations is not a science of black and white, but one of blended tones and hues. So it in this regard, the number 9 energy vibration also speaks to that of humanitarianism.

The 9 universal month energy falls under the umbrella of a universal year 6 energy. The 6 energy relates to home, family, love, all things domestic; as well, we know it encompasses community, service, duty, and responsibility. The alpha symbol for the number 6 is F. F reaches out to others in a forward movement, and offers to help carry the burdens.

Humanitarianism ~ meets ~ Domestic/Community/Love/Responsibility/Duty. The universal energy of December asks us to perform loving humanitarian acts and service for family and community. Divine Timing, for it is the Giving Season.

If we were to merge the 6 and 9 – 69 – compress them a bit more in your mind’s eye – and you have two connected spheres within one large sphere. The two connected spheres in the center resemble the infinity sign working within the whole of all that is. It is also indicative of ‘The Creative Trinity’ with the three spheres/orbs, as is the number 12 (the number of December). To illustrate this concept in numerology, we write twelve as 12/3. The 3 is the total of 1+2. And, 12/3 or 123 is the numeric illustration of The Creative Principle/Trinity….that from which all else springs forth. Is this not a very appropriate numeric energy vibration for the month that gives birth to the New Year?

The alpha equivalent of 12 is the letter L. From Shirley Lawrence’s book, “Behind Numerology”, she says “…In Hebrew, the twelfth letter is Lamed (Law-med): the outstretched arm of man in the act of accomplishing.” (And I might add, ‘assisting others’.) For you history buffs out there, Shirley further states….”When the Greeks borrowed the letter from the Phoenicians, they called it lambda. It later became the Roman L and is the same number in the English alphabet as in the Hebrew: 12. Only there was no 12 in Hebrew. After 10 they numbered by tens: 10, 20, 30, etc., the thirtieth being Lamed. The root of either 12 or 30 is 3….The Creative Principle.

Universal energy vibrations are perfectly orchestrated; they provide a map to assist us in navigating the path called life.

Next month, we will explore a NEW YEAR universal energy vibration as well as the monthly vibration for January!

Happy Holidays to You and Yours,
