Introduction to Universal Energy Vibrations
A Warm Welcome to You!!! Thank you for stopping by for an introduction to the cosmic/universal energies. As an introduction to this column, I will use October, 2004 as an example of how universal energy vibrations play in our lives.

The universal energy vibration information shared here, in conjunction with your personal energies (which I will show you how to calculate) is very beneficial in working with all the dynamic energy forces at play everyday in our lives. Universal Law tells us to “go with the natural flow” of the universe . . . a word to the wise, and for those of us who need a little prodding! (smile)

Let me briefly explain a few things first. . .

We experience
universal year, month and day energy vibrations. We also experience personal year, month and day energy vibrations. Is it any wonder that some days we don’t know if we are coming or going? All those energies flying all over the place! What we feel most acutely is the energy of our personal vibrations, as they are closest to us – but the universal energies, which are of a cosmic nature, set the big stage. If we were to see a visual, it might look something like this:

Universal Year Energy
      Personal Year Energy
     Universal Month Energy

               Personal Month Energy
          Universal Day Energy
             Personal Day Energy

In this column I will deal with the monthly universal energies, but I will show you how to figure your personal energies and provide you with a table to interpret ‘generally’ what they mean.

Before we get to the monthly energies, it is helpful to have an understanding of the universal year vibrations – so sit back, relax and let me take you on a journey down the path of 2004!

UNIVERSAL YEAR VIBRATION FOR 2004
This year, 2004, has a universal energy of 6. You calculate that by simply adding 2+0+0+4 = 6. Six is one of my favorite numbers; for it is the number of love, romance, family and all things domestic. . . it can carry a warm, fuzzy, nesting feeling. It also embodies duty, responsibility, and service to loved ones, family and community. The symbol 6 is that of a woman with the circle at the bottom being that of the womb, the Cosmic Mother. So it is feminine in nature, emotional and feeling, and it represents “The Creative Principle”: such as giving birth to babies, new ideas, projects, etc. It faces to the right, indicating forward movement. Just as it is the number of love and marriage, it is also the number of divorce, for all things have the duality of a positive and negative polarity. So, it depends on where we each are individually on the -/+ line that determines how we experience the 6 energy.

The symbol of the number 6 is the heart as well as the double triangle (the triangle is the symbol for 3). The 6 is the double triangle, or six-pointed star, also known as the Star of David.

The blessing of the 6 is to live in accordance to guidance from the heart. The challenge of the 6 is to not be a martyr and to remain realistic in matters of the heart. The spiritual essence is the unification of the spiritual world with the material world through love. The cosmic vibration is to nurture, give, serve, comfort, understand, be warm and to protect those whom the 6 cares for.

In case you couldn’t guess. . . I could go on all day about the number 6!!! (smile) So, I will close on the year vibration by adding just a few more notes of interest. The following resonate with the number 6: the color royal blue/indigo; pearl and sapphire gemstones; the astrological signs Cancer and Libra; the flowers Rose and Honeysuckle; and The Lovers from the Tarot.

As a side note, have any of you noticed just how many of your family, friends, and acquaintances are having babies, getting married, or starting new business ventures/careers this year? Yep, that’s the “6” energy at work!

UNIVERSAL MONTH VIBRATION FOR OCTOBER

October is the 10th calendar month. The number 10 is believed to be a very good karmic number when found on a person’s name and/or date of birth core numbers. As well, the number 10 is widely referred to as something good, like “the perfect 10”, etc. But, in reality, there are no good or bad numbers – it is how we choose to experience the vibration of the number. In numerology, the number 10 means “good karma”, karmic completion, free to begin anew; as well, it means a new beginning on a higher level, as is evidenced by the zero following the one. The number 10 awards us the opportunity to stand on our own and utilize all the positive traits of the numbers 1 through 9. In the Tarot, the number 10 is the Major Arcana’s “Wheel of Fortune”, which signifies a new cycle of luck is about to begin. You’ve just got to love a 10 in your life! (Smile)

However, to figure the Universal month number for October: You add the Universal year number to the calendar month number: 6 (universal year) + 1 (1 + 0 = 1 calendar month) = 7. (Note: you add the numbers individually as in 6+1+0, not 6 + 10.)

Good ‘ole October (“10”) is really a universal month vibration 7 this year! So, you might see some ‘hunkering down’ going on. The vibration of the number 7 is solitary, mystical, philosophical, analytical, private, deep, contemplative, reserved, and spiritual. It also denotes a time for rest and rejuvenation; a time to take care of your Body, Mind and Soul (BMS). Have you been putting off starting that diet or exercise program? Well, this is the perfect month to start! We have a “6” Love energy going on with the universal year, and that includes LOVING YOURSELF!!! We have a 10 calendar month, which means NEW BEGINNINGS; and we also have a 7 universal month - going “WITHIN”to seek and find our own answers. So, this is the time to tune-up and tune-in.

The symbol of the number 7 looks to the left or back in retrospect, denoting a time of reflection. It says, “give me some time to think about things”, as it totally turns its back on the energies that are ahead of it (8, 9, etc.).

The number 7 is a number of faith, seeking spiritual wisdom, so it is not unusual for people to pull in and withdraw a bit. This is a month to give ourselves some space as well as those around us.

This is probably not the best month to party and be the social butterfly; this month is asking you to step back, breathe deeply, and reflect. Take care of your BMS, and then next month, you’ll be ready for some great achievements!

The following things resonate with the number 7: the color violet/purple; amethyst and alexandrite gemstones; the astrological signs Pisces, Virgo, and Scorpio; the flowers Lavender and Geranium; and The Hermit from the Tarot.

UNIVERSAL DAY VIBRATIONS

To figure universal day vibrations, you just keep adding! The universal year number 6 + the calendar month number 1 + the calendar day number (remember digits are added individually for month, day, and year – then the totals are added together).

Add the universal year number 6 to the calendar month number 1 (remember to first reduce the 10 by adding (1+0 = 1), and then add the number of the day. Let’s use the date October 8, 2004 as an example. Add: 6 + 1 + 8 = 15. This number is two digits and in traditional numerology we keep adding numbers until we get a single digit 1 through 9, so we add again 1 + 5 = 6. The universal day energy for October 8, 2004 is 6.

Now, let’s use the date October 27, 2004. Add universal year 6 + calendar month 1 (1+0 = 1) + calendar day 9 (2+7 = 9) = 16; 1 + 6 = 7. The universal day number for October 27, 2004 is 7.

Below, is a chart of the universal day vibrations in October and a “cheat sheet” of keywords for those numbers follows.

PERSONAL ENERGY VIBRATIONS

Before I close for this month, I told you I would show you how to figure your own personal energy vibrations for the year, month and day . . .

Personal Year: Add month of birth (reduced to a single digit first) + day of birth (reduced to a single digit first) + current calendar year = personal year energy vibration. For example, if you were born on February 24th, your personal year would be figured: 2 + 6 (2+4=6) + 6 (2+0+0+4=6) = 14; 1 + 4 = 5 personal year.

Another way you can figure it is to just add straight across without first reducing.
The third way you can figure it is to line up the month, day and current year in a column, as you did in grade school. You will come up with a four digit total, so add each of those numbers together and that is your personal year number.

By using all three ways, you can determine if you have a karmic number occurring if it comes up two out of three times. This would be particularly of interest to you if you have a karmic number in your full birth name and/or date of birth core numbers.

Personal Month: Add your personal year energy vibration to the current calendar month. So say your personal year is 5, as in the above example, then add it to 1 (1+0 = 1) for your personal month number for the 10th month of October. Your personal month energy vibration is 6.

Personal Day: Add your personal month number to the current calendar day number. Keeping with the above example, add personal month number 6 to 1 for the first day of October and your personal day number is 7.
