Herb Garden

Herb Garden Most herbs work best in a mixture with each ingredient weighed out according to the needs of the client. That’s how plants are. They are personal. They like relationships.  These are notes – only notes, not prescriptions. Please consult an herbalist rather than just adding an herb to a diet. I use some of these in blends I offer and for that reason I add this information. More will be added over time as will specifics on using herbs with energy practices. Yep, they work that way, too!
