"Dear Ones,

"Many are the voices calling to the heavens, however they see them, pleading for understanding of the maladies which face mankind. Why is there no peace? What is to become of our people? What is to become of our lands? Why must innocent people carry such burdens, even paying with their lives for the choices of others? Why?

"We ask in return why man reaches outward to answer the reasons for his own actions? When will the divisions heal which have arisen from man’s sense of separation from each other and from spirit? When will man see his life as his own creation?

"It is seen from this perspective that many souls seek safety above all else. One means of safety sought comes from barricading one’s self and one’s chosen loved ones behind walls of defense. Choosing to connect only to those who have proved themselves in similar step with one’s self creates one form of the illusion of safety.

"Others seek their safety by creating walls of superficiality. By showing only one’s surface, and not the depth of one’s souls, one is free to interact with many without proof of similarity, but only at a surface level. This is another illusion of safety.

"We see these as illusions for when the Light is shown upon them, they are filled with the shadows of Fear. The walls are false and the players are swept in lies. Safety is transient and illusive, for it is a creation of Fear. In the daily works of it all, safety allows no risk, imprisoning people within the walls they create and festering the very lack of safety through secrets of greed and despair.

"Those wishing to feel secure will find it in the Light where shadows are shown for themselves and the responsibility of the individual, the group and on is outlined with those shadows. By casting shadows upon another in apparent opposition to your path, you create your obstacles and your insecurity. And yet, it is your shadow that has created the insecurity, not the one upon whom the shadow is cast. He in turn may choose to define you in the same way, creating a situation that is not conducive to safety. The Light shines on all and from all directions. The players create the shadows and choose to perceive what they will from those shadows and whoever lies within them. It is for the players to look carefully at the shadows that are cast by them and choose their perceptions from the highest available perspective they can grasp. The Light will not change that you cast shadows. The Light will offer you inner Light upon which to counter incomplete perceptions which cause insecurity, if you choose to use that inner Light.

"Please remember that you are Light. By creating yourself in a dense form, you are able to cast shadows. You are also able to shine the essential nature of yourself, Light, upon your path and all situations you face. If there seem to be too many shadows and Fear is in control, the risk is asked of you to look at your self and see where you have created all this.

"Perhaps the biggest fear many carry is that they are Light. This is a large and great responsibility. It belittles blame and is easily seduced into pity, loathing, and deception. When there is no one else to blame for our choices, the load can become too great, especially if we have forgotten that the Light shines within and Grace is always available.

"For those souls who have traveled many generations upon the cycle of Karma, it has become too easy to sit back and ignore responsibilities which are left to another time and place perceived to be better suited to the solving of the obstacles created before. Yet, the soul which has not come to Truth within a physical lifetime will not usually rise above that point between incarnations, thus the obstacles remain. One who is manipulative, deceptive, or easily tempted will not likely change upon entry into a Karmic cycle. Rather the cumulative effects of safety-seeking lifetimes tend to blind the soul to the Light with which they are each endowed. Karmic cycles do little to improve humanity if humanity does not attend to the lessons of the physical life in a way that utilizes Light within that lifetime.

"Man has spent many generations creating what is before him now. The choices have remained intact all the while. If you do not have what you seek, look closely at what you are seeking. You will not accumulate it from others, but may find it reflected back to you.

"When will you have peace? When you find it within yourself. What is to become of your people? Whatever you choose. All are Light. What is to become of your lands? Whatever you awaken to. Man was given the task of caretaker of his home, the Earth. Its spirit lives beyond your control, for it is Light as well. It can be fruitful and serve, or become disillusioned and barren. How will you choose to cast those shadows?

"Why must innocent people carry such burdens, even paying with their lives for the choices of others? The answers here are many and varied. There is a story for each situation and each soul. If you would know the answers, you must reach out and listen to the stories of the souls. By doing this, you might find some Light reflected to your own soul and the Light within you. No life is lived in vain. No life ends without a story. Perhaps it will serve man better to collect the stories than to create the obstacles from their own shadows.

"Why? Indeed.
